Amber Teal Utilities is a highly specialised indigenous utilities company of experienced professionals offering integrated services and information solutions to customers in the hydrocarbon industry and providing design, project management and procurement support for infrastructure to all types of development in emerging markets of any size or complexity.
Our business model includes identifying a project/proposal with the Nigerian Government (Federal and State Governments), then considering solutions to choose from which include negotiating from A to Z with foreign technical partners, investors, bankers, operators or entities. The partners/solutions will invariably come from Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The entities involved can include large oil and gas companies (Exxon/Mobil, Chevron, BP, Shell, CNPC, Sinopec etc), large service companies (Petrofac, Halliburton, Schlumberger etc), large banks (HSBC, Lloyds, Barclays, BNP and from China, Asia etc) and sovereign funds from the Gulf (Kuwait, Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Oman etc).
